Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis for therapy and behaviour modification. Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed state in which the mind becomes more responsive to positive suggestions.

During in hypnosis you remain in control. It is not possible for anyone to force you do anything against your will, even under hypnosis ,and you will remain in charge of your own actions and behaviours. You can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state at any time.
In the first session we will take a case history to become familar with the presenting problem and desired outcome. We will then tailor the hypnosis to towards those objectives and requirements. Clients report that they often see results after the first session but further sessions to reinforce the new behaviour and thinking may be required.
